Responsible for food services, as well as, planning, organizing, and implementing
programs/activities for members. Provides leadership, supervision,
and development of daily
activities. Provides direct service to members.
Prepares clubroom and kitchen for food program which includes setting
up tables, making sure there are adequate garbage cans and preparing
Cleans clubroom and kitchen when food program is completed. Sweeps
floor and mops when necessary. Takes garbage to the dumpster. Cleans
utensils and pans from the caterer.
Works cooperatively with all staff to assure quality activities and
programs are promotes and supervised for youth programs, to include
but not limited to arts & crafts, field trips, game room, health,
goal-setting activities, and physical education.
Supervises the care and maintenance of equipment, supplies, and materials.
Records and maintains accurate data of members served daily.
Sends data reports as required by food service provider.
Tracks member participation in assigned program by taking attendance,
submitting attendance rosters, and documents results and progress of participants.
Establishes consistent rules and enforces policy of taking names of
no-one-over the age of 18.
Serves food to members in accordance with the food service program
and Club policies and procedures.
Assists in problem solving of conflicts that occur between youth.
Assists and participates in activities, programs, field trips and
outings for members as needed.
Encourages emotional, social, and educational growth of individual members.
Provides guidance and direction to members in the areas of academic
success, healthy lifestyles, and civic and community engagement.
