Job Summary:
Manages the daily implementation of out-come driven Leadership &
Service and Health & Wellness programming. Responsible for
recruiting members, planning, and implementing events and programs and
working with the appropriate Club staff to ensure programs are running
efficiently and effectively for our members. Responsible for budget
management, participant data input, and reports as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees implementation and facilitation of all programs under the
Leadership & Service and Health & Wellness core areas
including (but not limited to) Keystone, Torch Club, Youth of the
Year, Gender Specific programs and TPP programs as needed.
- Work effectively with club staff and community partners to ensure
program deliverables are met in a high quality and timely manner.
- Organizes, directs, and supervises: the daily implementation of
program delivery, including staffing, program scheduling, workflow,
building access and program implementation space needs.
- Manages the program staff and volunteers according to the policies
to the policies and procedures developed by BGCGM.
- Maintains accurate documentation of program implementation and
prepares timely reports.
- Adheres to the Club’s loss-control and risk-management program and
reports accidents and losses (verbally and in writing) to the Club
Manager and Supervisor immediately.
- Inspects program supplies semi-annually and facilitates
replacement of supplies to assure are fully stocked with necessary tools/resources.
- Ensure proper documentation of all issues and incidents related to
membership/program participant management.
- Implements program events to recruit new participants, reward
existing frequent attendees, and provide community networking
opportunity with other youth sharing programs.
- Manages and oversees grant related expenditures and other program
deliverables related to funding.
- Create and understand annual budget.
- Monitors monthly budget report for program, act upon discovery of
a revenue or expense variance.
- Manages and oversees grant related expenditures and other program

- Build and maintain professional working relationships with other
team members, school staff, and community service providers.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Greater Milwaukee related
networks, maintain community visibility and collaborative relationships.
- Supports fundraising efforts of the organization and assists with
site visits.
- Maintain a positive relationship with local neighborhood
associations, youth serving agencies, and related Core Area subject networks.
- Assist in program evaluation; ensure measurement tools are used
according to needs of the funding agencies.
- Collect, compile, and submit data for reporting purposes monthly.
- Ensure compliance for program contracts including those with
community partners, private and public funders.
- Use reporting tools for monitoring and tracking accountabilities
related to program implementation.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and/or annual reports as requested.
- Must meet all deadlines.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff within the program.
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to ensure proper and timely communication.
- Communicate critical information associated with program implementation.
- Conduct annual performance evaluation process for all direct
reports utilizing the format instituted by the Human Resource department.
- Responsible for ensuring program achieves deliverable and outcomes.
- Must participate in required trainings by the Club, County, State
and/or funders.
- Responsible for monitoring staff training requirements and ensures
staff attends required trainings.
- Assist with facilitation of Core Area Meetings and effectively
provides support from Program Support Team.
- Participates in continuing education opportunities.
