Responsible to maintain an expert-level understanding of our
data systems and how our Organization uses them.
Provide ongoing support to Staff to empower their usage of
Develop and promote Best Practices for our Data Systems
Work with Management to help support agency objectives
through technology use
Develop staff and member trainings; using desktop publishing;
submitting initial versions for review; revising and editing
Schedule, conduct, and report on data related training
activities for all staff & members.
Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting on
engagement and usage
Maintains safe and healthy training environment by following
organization standards and legal regulations.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing
Evaluates effectiveness of training to specific job
Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational
workshops; reviewing publications.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results
